Chemistry Workshop

Chemistry of Nano materials explores properties and find diverse applications. They are characterized using various spectroscopic techniques, including UV-Vis-NIR, photo-luminescence, FTIR, and Raman spectroscopy. These techniques allow the study of electronic absorption, excited states, and phonon replicas of nano materials. Electronic Spectroscopy analyses nano materials' electronic structure. NOTE : "Students from Tezpur University are to register offline for the workshops. Online registration would only be considered for outside Tezpur University students."

    DETAILS: 

    • The participants will be given a questionnaire at the end of the workshop. Each participant will be provided certificates
    • Speaker:- Dr. RULI BORAH, Prof, Ex HOD, Dept. of Chemical Sciences. 
    • Time required: - 3-4 hours with a break and space for discussion, and if possible discourse (includes both theoretical and practical demonstration) • Maximum number of participants- 30
