To register to events of Inscignis 2020 you will need to create an InSCIgnis account. If you already have an account skip to Login
To sign up follow the following steps:

  1. Go to Sign Up page.
  2. Enter your details and press Sign Up. Please remember your Username and Password to Login.
  3. You will be asked to verify the email address. Check your email inbox and visit the url we provide on the email to verify your email.
  4. After verifying your email go to Log In.

Log In

To Log In go to Log In and enter your Username and Password that you gave while Signing Up.
If you have forgotten your Password or Username see Forgot Username/Password.

Forgot Username/Password

If you have forgot your Username or Password follow the following steps:

  1. Go to Reset Password or Get Username
  2. Enter your email address that you gave while Signing Up and click Send. If you don't remember the email address please Sign Up again.
  3. Check your inbox of the email address provided.
  4. If you have forgot your Username then you can see your Username on the Email and try Loging In.
  5. If you have forgot your password go to the link provided in the email.
  6. Set a new password by entering the password twice.
  7. Your password would be reset. You can then try Loging in.


We have limited seats only for most of the Events from which we keep only 40% of the seats for Online Registration. Other 60% is reserved for participants who register Offline during the day of the event. Online registration does not confirm your seat. Your seat will only be confirmed after successfull payment of the Registration fees which must be payed at the payment desk during the day of the Event.

To register to an event follow the steps given:

  1. Fill Up the form by giving details of the participant along with contact info.
  2. If Accommodation in the hostel during the period of stay is required select Yes in the Accommodation field. Accommodation will only be given to participants outside Tezpur. For more details go to Accommodation.
  3. Select the events for which you want to register. Please mind the following points while registering:
    • Check the event timing before selecting the events as timing might clash. See event schedule here.
    • The registration fees of events are given. Events under Common Registration require only a Common Registration Fees of Rs. 20/- after which the participant can particate in all the events marked under Common Registration.
    • Events marked in Red have the number of online registration exceed the total online bookable seats. You can still register for the event, but the seat will only be confirmed after payment of the fees on first come first serve basis.
    • Registration for the event will be disabled if online registration exceeds the total seat capacity of the event. However you can still register offline as only 40% of seats will be alloted to participants registering online.
    • For team event only one member of the team must register.
  4. Click Submit to submit the application. You will be prompted with an alert to recheck the form before submitting. Click OK to confirm or Cancel to recheck your details.
  5. You have successfully submitted your application. You may print the Submitted form or the Accommodation form.

You can view your submitted applications under the Submitted Applications.
To delete an application click on the application you want to delete under the Submitted Application and click Delete Application.
To Log Out from the session click Log Out.

Change Password

To change your account password follow the following step.

  1. Log In to your account. If you have forgotten your Password or Username see Forgot Username/Password.
  2. Click Change Password.
  3. Enter your Old Password.
  4. Enter your new password twice.
  5. Click Save Changes.


We provide accommodation to the participants and the accompanying faculty on a minimal charge which will include both Food and Lodging. Accommodation will be provided from 27 Feb to 29 Feb, 2020 at university hostels. More details will soon be updated.
Accommodation form will be provided on the day of the Event. You may also have recieved an accommodation form if you have opted for accommodation while registering for the event. The accommodating participant and accompanying faculty must fill the Accommodation Form, submit and pay at the payment desk during the day of the event.


Payment for the registered events as well as for accommdation will be taken in the payment desk during the day of the Event. Your seats for the registered events would not be confirmed until the registration fees is paid.
You will have to pay the fee atleast half an hour before the event starts.
There are seperate payment desk for participants who registered online. They wont have to fill any kind of forms for the event registration during the day of the event, however it is advised to bring the prefilled registration form we provide when you submit the registration application online.
Since there are only limited seats available for online registration, the confirmation of seats by paying the registration fees will be based on first come first serve basis. So better to hurry up and pay as soon as possible.
Once the number of participants who registerd online and completed the payment exceeds the total online available seats, you wont be able to pay the registration fees for that event. In that case you may go for offline registration.
Do check the timing of the event before payment so that the timing do not clash. If you have already registered for the event whose timing clashes, in that case our staff at the payment desk will help you to deregister from any one of the event before paying.
