Environmental Science Workshop

A staggering amount of packaging materials consumption in e-commerce has become a significant threat to the environment. Research estimates that packaging waste generated by e-commerce is 4.8 times than that of offline purchasing and in the pursuit of convenience we are putting the planet at risk.


    Objective: The biggest story of 21st century can probably be considered as climate change. . Well this doesn’t need an introduction that climate change looms as perhaps the biggest single future threat to humanity and environment. Whenever It’s about the climate it mainly divided into two categories broadly or it has two folded sides- 1)The climate change on the global level and 2)The climate change on the regional level. could UG/PG affect human health, infrastructure, and transportation systems, as well as energy, food, and water supplies. Some groups of people will likely face greater challenges than others. Climate change may especially impact people who live in areas that are vulnerable to coastal storms, drought, and sea level rise or people who live in poverty, older adults, and Climate impacts are felt globally, but wherever we are, our ability to cope depends on what is in our purse. The wealthy have funds or insurance to cover a quick retreat to safety, temporary accommodation, and rebuilding or relocation costs. But the poor may not be able to evacuate, may not have reliable access to food, water, housing or energy, and insurance may be unavailable or unaffordable. They may also have been victims of discriminatory state and corporate policies that disproportionately exposed them to risks that could have been better managed. Many factors beyond our control – our gender, age, economic status and location – all influence our ability to cope. Climate change could affect our society through impacts on a number of different social, cultural, and natural resources. For example, climate change 53 immigrant communities. Similarly, some types of professions and industries may face considerable challenges from climate change. Professions that are closely linked to weather and climate, such as outdoor tourism, commerce, and agriculture, will likely be especially affected.
