Addicted to the crosswords given in the newspapers?
Mesmerized by the beauty of physics?
What if we tell you that we have combined both of them to give you cross-ics: crossword physics.

  1. The participants should be from 9th standard onwards.
  2. The game consists of three rounds.
    1. Round-I:
This will be a screening round consisting of normal crossword puzzle based on Physics.
10 students from this round will be selected for the next round based on the time taken and points gained.
    2. Round-II:
Instead of the clues for across and downs the participants will be provided with one or more letters (if required).
On answering the boxes correctly the participants will recieve a bonus.
Students can ask for clues for these bonus boxes but it will cost them some point.
At the end of this round 5 students will be selected for the next round.
    3. Round-III:
In this round the participants will not be provided with clues for across and downs in the crossword, instead will recieve an option for each clue.
Suppose there are 10 questions, then the participants will recieve 10 options, one for each. The options might include showing a picture, riddle, revealing a letter, effect of that phenomenon, etc.
The students can also utilize more than one option for solving a question. But then he/she will not have enough clues to solve the crossword.
The person to solve the crossword in the least time will be the winner.
